Welcome to my Website!
My passion for cooking
and baking could not be avoided, as I grew up in a home surrounded with fine food. My mother used quality ingredients, and
I have learned it is the only way to produce an amazing finished product; whether it be pie pastry, dainty cookies, cakes,
breads, or preserves.
I take great pride in providing a clean work area, and always use the freshest ingredients,
using organic where possible.
When I married and came into possession of a kitchen of my very own, there was no stopping
me. My daughter has inherited the passion for good food from me; I from my mother and Aunts. Cooking and baking is one thing,
but doing it as an act of love is yet another.
I want to share with you some of my favorite fun food. Please feel
free to write and share your culinary experiences with me.
I love to create new recipes and revise old existing ones.
My biscotti are an example of one that has proven very popular. The first biscotti were supposedly created in Tuscan, and
was served with wine, as well as coffee. A good ice wine and biscotti can become the perfect end to a meal. I
am an espresso girl myself, and enjoy mocha's and lattes.
